great results. big increase in strength over 8 weeks. more agression in the gym too. would recommend.

hmmm, totally undecided on this product.

i took it alone for 6 weeks then the last 2 weeks iv stacked it with 'Lean FX'. i upped my daily calories by 500 and dropped my reps/set down to 6 and upped the weight.

i noticed that i felt a lot better in myself and had a lot of motivation in the gym (especially stacked with LFX).

i noticed no side effects to speak of apart from a few spots - which i dont usually get - one on my bicep, a couple on my face and one on my chest. possibly unrelated but as i say i dont usually get spots.

i noticed no lean gains at all on this product - literally nothing. also strangely my strength rocketed after i finished taking them... perhaps i didnt up my calories enough, perhaps i didnt hit the gym hard enough? i dont know.
