i had this protein twice the chocolate tastes great with milk but i was dissapointed with no results if you want a big physic stay away from this i belive after more research that its designed for slow protein and its better to get a whey protein like true mass

I have tried various different protein shakes produced by different companies. In the past they have all given me stomach problems (wind, and diarrhea). Not only has this product been good on my digestive system but tastes good. By far the best tasting protein shake I have tried. Definately recommend to others!

Love this stuff, I got the choc peanut butter one and I love the taste, would recommend. Great price as well

hmm not all that really to be honest was expecting a little more taste is good does taste a little watery and has quite a bit of sugar in it. over all not bad but a little expensive for what it is.

This is a fantastic product!! not only does it taste great its doesnt taste watery like most proteins on the market its nice and thick and gives great results!! most proteins give a bitter taste and dont mix well. This is the total opposite well worth the pennies!( and no im not sponsored or paid to say this for BSN :-) )
