These are by far the best value flapjacks going and whilst they dont give you a full hit of protein, with 18 grams they are perfect for a quick fix when you're on the go. I eat them as a mid-morning snack with a few cups of green tea...

The Chemical Nutrition Pro-Flapjack 24-bar pack has more protein overall (if you count all the 24 bars as one) than any other brand, and they are a lot cheaper than most other brands too! I've lost count of how many packs I've had :)
(Although these bars have a few grams less protein per bar than other brands such as Maximuscle, Chemical Nutrition make up for it by including an amazing 24 bars per pack, definitely good value for money.) Rating:
