Quality product!! No side affects, all the gains. After about 2weeks my lifts were going thru the roof. After 1 month of use I had increased massively on all my lifts. No water retention nothing bad, jus massive strength increase. Highly recommend this. Going to take a month off it n get back on it in feb.

This is by far the best creatine tablet out there, ive tried a few and this is better in every way! No bloating or water retention, easy and straight forward to use with good gains aslong as you put the work in.
