i dont feel the buzz like alot of people get after takeing this product. but i can feel a difference with my work out.so i would recomend this :)

This stuff is cat. Makes ya feel sick. Pump not even that good. Stick to n.o explode and the crash off this stuff is horrible be as week as a kitten 2 hours after your workout. Stay clear!
