Took about a week to get into my system properly to feel anything and even then the pump and energy it gave me really was nothing special. The taste was disgusting and I'm not fussy with taste at all it was like synthetic sugar, made me feel sick after every single dose I had. I would strongly suggest superpump 250 or mri black powder over this.
