i have been using these bars for three months now and i eat one a day! i eat small meals every 3hours and i replace one meal with a bar i have lost 22 pounds since march i train everyday and they are great at helping to reduce body fat which was my goal i have lost my love handles and my tummy has a good shape now! i am very pleased with this product and would highly reccomend to anybody wanting to reduce body fat and maintain weight loss! i was struggling to loose my jelly belly and these bars assisted me with this! aslong as you drink water only with them and train correctly you should definately get the results you require! i have lost the weight in the right areas and i still have my womanly curves in the right places so i am more than pleased with the results! definately worth every penny!!

I have just bought them they taste great. But my purpose of buying them is to lose weight. Has anyone lost any weight while on these bars? I'm on a high protein diet plus work out in the gym 5 days a week I'm currently missing 2 meals and replacing them with the bars, the a low cal meal. Let me know if there good for weight loss xx

Started taking these bars to help with weight reduction. Got chocolate orange as strawberry crunch was out of stock but was pleasently surprised with the taste, a bit like jaffa cakes. Very happy so far!

have been eating the myplex at least 2 months now,i couldnt love them more,filling a good taste especially the choc nut bar which almost feels like a normal bar ,with good diet exercise and thermobol iv seen a huge defention in my abs

Just ordered a large badge og Chocolate-Orange... not so good. I got a stomach ache afterwards. They are so solid, and you have to chew each bite for minutes. It does feel like you've eaten paper, not a very good feeling afterwards.

I love these, they're great value for money compared to alternatives and they make for an excellent 18g protein breakfast - I normally don't have time to be fixing oats first thing, so I have one of these when I wake up and maybe another as a mid afternoon snack. Loads of added vitamins too. I have only tried the choc orange ones, they're tasty and have little bits of candied orange peel in the chocolate.

These are by far the best bars around. So far I havent tried the choc orange ones - But the others are yummy. The strawberry crunch I found surprisingly nice - kind of like a strawberry shortcake bar - if youre a fan of jammy dodgers you'll love these :)

Wow, i didnt believe until i tried it today, they are more tasty than any normal chocolate bars. It even beats Supreme Protein "Quadruple Layer" bars, which people said to be best of the best... well it looks like they havent tried these yet.

These are just fantastic bars. They not only taste really good (especially choc-nut) but they are loaded with 50% of nearly everything you need for your daily intake of minerals, vitamins, etc...It also has 18 grams of protein. I eat one between meals and feel perfectly balanced. Highly recommended.

Perfect if you need to add extra protein into your diet, theres 18g per bar, yeah a little expensive but they're very convenient and taste as good as any vending machine goods, especially the chocolate nut!! Wicked Product.

I do a lot of driving and these bars are ideal. they are a little expensive but are so convenient. the choc nut bars are lovely. haven't tried the others yet though. top marks.
