i love the product im not tryin to loose weight but just wonder would it be ok to use the product as a recovery shake after running or would whey protein be better its just the little packets are handy :)

I think it is the best on the market nice and thick and creamy and it works. I have lost 2 stone.

I use 2 servings a day of the Myoplex Diet and love it! I have lost a lot of weight as well now i'm eating better. All flavours are OK and mix alright in a shaker bottle. No complaints here!
