This is brilliant value for money. I've lost two stone of fat so far using these products (takes the weighing, measuring and hunger away which is great) and have put on a few pounds of muscle too. The shakes taste great (I've only tried choc flavour) and are really thick so you feel full. The bars (choc orange) are chewy and tasty and not dry like some bars can be. I'm sure there might be other products with a slight nutritional edge over these, but if they taste so bad you can't use them, they're no good to me!
