Recommended use

Use 2 to 3 servings daily.

For a rich creamy shake, combine the contents of each packet with 350-450ml of cold water or skimmed milk, depending on the thickness of the shake you desire. Mix thoroughly in a blender or shaker for 4-5 seconds. If you use Myoplex Diet to replace a single meal (=1 sachet), make sure you drink at least 2-3 litres of calorie free fluids (unsweetened tea or water) throughout the day.


If you want to lose weight, you must also eat other foods to provide the body with nutrients.

Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 3 litres of water per day. Drink an additional 500ml of water for each ½ kg of weight lost during exercise.

I think it is the best on the market nice and thick and creamy and it works. I have lost 2 stone.

I use 2 servings a day of the Myoplex Diet and love it! I have lost a lot of weight as well now i'm eating better. All flavours are OK and mix alright in a shaker bottle. No complaints here!
