ive just started using the myoplex, strawberry an vanilla are very nice, i cnt handle the chocolate but its got 2 be done!!! i was just wondering if i was doing it right, i take a shake at, 6am, 4pm and 10pm and eat my usual meals, i train my b****x off aswell, how long before you start noticing a change in your physique, and is it usual to constantly feel bloated lol ?

Best protein shake i've ever had! tried many many before but nothing beats this. Would recommend to anyone. I like the stawberry the best!

The chocolate myoplex taste great. Used thsi for a while now and have seen great changes in my physique. Have obviously trained hard but couldn't do it with the Myoplex.

I use this in between my main meals to help keep my metabolism high. Loads of protein per serving (42 grams) and it's less than 300 calories total.

Oh and it tastes great too :) Go for the strawberry!

I have not tries it till now but when I asked my friends about it they all had one thing to say that it is good.

All the eas products I've used in the past have been great and I trust them more than any other brand. Some stuff you would only use from time to time like a CLA? but a meal replacement you can take indefinitley to make sure you're getting all the essential vits and mins you need when you train hard.

I get myoplex because it tastes good and mixes easily and is not too watery.

I have used myoplex for a number of years and cannot fault the product. it's far easier than trying to cook loads of meals every day. i generally have 2 shakes a day. i have one after a workout and it has helped me reach the goals that i set. definitely the best meal replacement supplement on the site.
