seriously thick, quite tasty (chocolate cream) can be a litle pricey but is quality. Does fill you up so no desire to be picking at foods between meals.

ive just started using the myoplex, strawberry an vanilla are very nice, i cnt handle the chocolate but its got 2 be done!!! i was just wondering if i was doing it right, i take a shake at, 6am, 4pm and 10pm and eat my usual meals, i train my b****x off aswell, how long before you start noticing a change in your physique, and is it usual to constantly feel bloated lol ?

Best protein shake i've ever had! tried many many before but nothing beats this. Would recommend to anyone. I like the stawberry the best!
