Pro Recover is a post-workout recovery formula, designed to limit catabolic activity in the period immediately following your training.

Recommended use

Mix 2 scoops (80g) in 400-500ml of cold water with a shaker bottle or spoon stir. We do not recommend usage of a blender as it may cause excessive foaming.

Fantstic stuff been taking this for years and must say that i recover quicker, gain faster and train harder using this stuff after and one added benefit is that it reduces soreness because the the blend of glucose and protein so you dont go into a catabolic state and break down muscle tissue. a must buy for any serious gym goer :)
