I've been using this for 1 week now and it's really changed the way I train and the gains are awesome!....the pump and energy you get from this product makes you want to go gym...2-3 scoops and 8oz of water 30mins before training and your sorted! although I find the taste abit strong but I guess I will get used to it...recommended highly

Superpump is quite simply superb. I love the extra energy that you get from superpump. Don't like the crash though..

My review for gaspari superpump 250 gets 4/5 stars. The pump and the energy from superpump is incredible. My only downside is that it maybe a little too strong as I have had trouble sleeping when i take it later in the day. can't fault the superpump results though.

Wow! gaspari superpump is superb! Been using this for 2 weeks now and can't train without it. Superpump gives me much more energy and it's helping me train much harder. No side effects either for me with superpump.

This stuff is absolute crap ,no result whatsoever, i can't believe all these positive reviews, they must all be gaspari shareholders or sell the stuff,i'll stick to h blocker!!, seriously disappointed.

I'm a lifting newbie and this stuff got me past the 'i'll go to the gym tommorow' phase. It makes you want to work, i can't belive this stuff is legal!!

The only way to explain it, is it makes you feel almost immune to any fatigue, allowing you to focus more.

Less focus on strain - and more focus on gain.

Decent supplement, without an afterward crash.

oh my god this stuff really really works.... take before training, light fuse and stand back!! this will inhance your pumps like nothing else (legal) i've tried. i tried it and loved it, just made me want to tear the gym to pieces, and the pumps were amasing. mixes well, taste takes awhile to get used to, but this stuff is well worth it.
