Top drawer product, seems to motivate me from about 20 minutes after waking. Usually I run early but with a mix of weights and early morning running I've notice massive weight losses in the last 3 months. Recommended as it doesn't seem to give you that caffeine 'snappy' attitude at work I've had with other thermogenics and I've never experienced any crashes in energy throughout the day with Grenades. Good for keeping your appetite under control.

Had quite a bit of weight to lose and used grenade to help me get there. It gives a good buzz like most fat burners and the weight just fell off. Would recommend to anyone carrying too much fat!
