FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSCould you deliver to my work address? Absolutely. During checkout you are given the opportunity to specify a billing address and a delivery address. If you're having your order delivered to your work address please try to include as much relevant delivery information as possible; for example, include the building name or the name of the department in which you work. This will help to ensure your parcel reaches you in good time. Are there any areas that you can't deliver to? We deliver to the vast majority of the UK with a few exceptions. Certain large parcels bound for Northern Ireland, and the Scottish highlands may be subject to a discretionary shipping surcharge. This charge is not automatically added by the website. If you place an order that is heavy or bulky and require it to be delivered to one of these areas we will contact you to confirm that you accept the shipping surcharge. This policy does not apply where the items are small, for example: fat burners, testosterone boosters, vitamins and minerals; but will definitely apply to items like protein powders, meal replacements and weight gainers. Presently we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Jersey or Guernsey. (more delivery information) Can I have my order delivered at the weekend? At this time we are not able to arrange weekend deliveries. What is your returns policy? Unopened products (with the seal intact) may be returned up to seven days from the date of receipt. Where the return is due to an error on our part a full refund (or exchange) will be issued. All other returns will be subject to a restocking fee to cover the postage costs incurred. What do I do if my product arrives damaged? Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us if your product arrives damaged, remember to include your order number in your communication. If the box is visibly damaged upon receipt please ask the courier to acknowledge this in their delivery manifest. How do I track my order? When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will automatically be sent an email containing tracking information*. We accept all major credit cards, and UK issued debit cards (including solo and electron).
