Are your products in stock?
Each product page displays live stock availablity for that particular product. If the page shows the green "IN STOCK" message then the item is in stock and available for dispatch. Red "OUT OF STOCK" messages mean that you will not be allowed to add the item to your shopping basket. Our website does not allow orders to be placed for items that are out of stock.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards (including
solo and electron). We also offer Paypal as an additional payment
option for customers who prefer to pay using an existing account.
Is this website secure?
Yes. All sensitive communication through our website is encrypted so
that the data can only be seen by us. In addition, at no point do we
receive your financial details. Payments are processed by independent
third parties who specialise in payment processing. In the case of
debit and credit cards, payments are processed by Protx, the UK's
largest independent card processor. Non-card payments are handled by
Paypal.
How do I use my promotion code?
There are several opportunities to input your promotion code.
The first is whilst viewing the contents of your shopping basket. Next
to your order total is a box named Discount Code. Enter the discount
code exactly as provided and click the Update button. The basket will
refresh to display your new order total.
You are again provided the chance to submit a discount code on the
Order Summary page (before submitting payment). Simply click the 'I
have a promotion code' link to enter your code.
I've forgotten to enter my promotion code. What now?
Promotion codes and special offers are valid strictly within the
specified time period, and in the case of promotion codes these must be
provided prior to finalising a transaction. We are unable to refund all
or part of a transaction where a customer has not provided their code
at the point of purchase.
What are your VAT and company registration numbers?
Bodybuilding-Supplements.co.uk is owned and operated by BMJ Trading Ltd; company
registration number: 05539358, VAT number: GB 895 749 938. We trade
from our registered warehouse premises in West Sussex, United Kingdom.
Can I buy directly from your premises?
We regret that we are presently unable to receive customers in person.
If you are experiencing difficulty ordering online please contact us
and let us know the nature of the problem. Our customer service
staff will be able to provide assistance in the matter.
What is your returns policy?
Customers may return any unopened goods (external cellophane wrapping
and seals intact) within 7 days of receipt at their own expense. At our
discretion a re-stocking fee will be charged to cover our shipping
costs and the remainder refunded.

We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return
your item as we cannot be held responsible for goods which don't arrive.
In order to process your refund as quickly as possible please include a
short note detailing the reason for return, your name, address and
order number. Thank you.
I have received a damaged or faulty item.
We go to great lengths to ensure that items do not become damaged
during their journey to you. However the nature of the products, often
quite fragile, means that on occasion this will be unavoidable. We
apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment this may cause you.
Please contact us and let us know of the problem; we will work with you
to resolve the situation as swiftly as possible.
I want to cancel my order.
If you have recently placed an order that you wish to cancel please let
us know immediately. Our warehouse operates to dispatch goods as soon
as possible and once goods have left our premises we have no further
control of the consignment and will be unable to cancel the order. Upon
receipt of goods you no longer require you may still return them to us
in accordance with our returns policy (see above).
How will my refund be issued?
Refunds are issued to the same payment source that was originally used
to fund the order. i.e. debit card, credit card or Paypal account.
Refunds will be processed within five working days, and usually take
several working days to clear back into your account (dependant on your
bank's policies).
