IDS Liquid whey is great .. if your looking to cut it has 0g fat and sugar but stacked with loads of protein .. great taste .. and in hot weather milk shake protein is the last thing you want .. refreshing and worth the money . you get what you pay for .. if your just looking to bulk though id recomend a cheap protein powder with high carbs

This is a great product. It's Handy!. However, the aftertaste is revolting. If it was a little cheaper, I would buy loads of it, as its a great way to get that protine kick your body needs.

its not bad i think its pretty good tasting its sour which is a change from the usual maximuscle puke flavour thats meant to be orange i usually take

using ids liquid protein before and after training mixed with betancourt creatine malate. really feel it working muscles feel hard and pumped joints feel a lot better as well.

This was not the best tasting product i have ever tried!!! Pretty expensive as well. Stick to regular protein shakes IMO.
