Suggested Use As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (20 grams) in 8oz of water, and consume about 30 minutes prior to exercise or physical activity. Brilliant stuff, have stepped my workout up so much since using this, it makes you feel so much stronger. Really the thing to crank your workout up a notch. Out of this and the other product I use (maximuscle promax extreme) I've got to say this actually tastes better I think, look forward to my glass of it :D

the strangest product ive ever had! smells weird and doesn't taste good! However, it actually works really well. great pre-workout kick and gives a strange tingling feeling!! my strength has improved so i cant really complain but please sort the taste out...
