Rating:

Weight Loss: I only had a few pounds to shed so I can't say that I noticed a huge amount of assistance when taking this product.

Energy: Can't say I noticed any increase or decrease in energy.

Leaning: Within the first two weeks I was noticing results, despite not really dropping any weight my body was looking a lot leaner and generally more cut!

Apetite: I did notice I was craving a lot less than I normally do so I would say these tablets assisted in controlling my apetite.

Side Effects: I didn't notice any whatsoever while taking this product.

Size: The bottle doesn't seem to go very far, it contains 90 capsules in total but you're recommended to take 6 per day which means you run out pretty quickly.

Overall: I was very impressed with Lean System 7, I bought it to help me look more cut and defined, and it did just that. My only complaint is on the bottle size, you'd need to buy more than one just to see out the month.
