OK I am NOT a body builder, nor do I lift heavy weights.

I am an endurance athlete, a Rower to be precise and have been at a top Club/Elite level for around 15years now and I have everything from Creatine, to Whey powders & shakes to try to aid my recovery.

For a period of 2 years I used L-Glutamine and found it helped me recover, but I had still felt a sore and achey the next morning.... my sport requires me to train everyday as its a technical sport but also an endurance and power sport! One day off a week is the standard in out sport......

I have used this product for 4 weeks now and I cannot believe how my legs feel every morning, whatever I throw at them the night before, on the Rowing machine or in the Weights Room my recovery is never doubted! I am 30 and I trained very hard when I was 20/21/22/23 and even back then I never recovered quite like this product, and I am 10 years older now!!

My plan is to use to This with L-GLutamine, but I wanted to judge this product on its own without any other product involved. Now I know this helps I can see if adding L-Glutamine is going to help push me on a bit further.....

As for times and improvement. I am seeing massive improvement every week, my times and distance are all alot further on than this time last season and I am doing exactly the same training programme!! and I am year older!!!

oh yeah, I am sleeping a bit more undisturbed. For the money, the gains are worth it!! No mess, just tablets.... cheers
