I was given this by a friend who hated it! I tried it for the first time yesterday on an empty stomach and almost immediately noticed the effects- tingling, increased energy etc and then went to the gym and had a really good workout. Used it again today on a full stomach and got no effects at all- just felt sluggish in the gym! Don't know if this down to it being no good on a full stomach or because i feel tired. Will try again on friday on an empty stomach. When it kicks in its great and definitely boosts you in the gym

First tried this many years ago when it was a simple sugar product and couldn't find much positive to say about it. This new formula is completely different from the old version and is a genuine 'pre-workout' product rather than just a carb product for runners and cyclists. Much better!

The taste is rather sickly sweet and the tingling sensation felt on the skin 10+ mins after consumption is a bit offputting and I think it's best taken on a relatively empty stomach for max.effect. However it absolutely does what it says: explosive pumps and intense gym training sessions. It is now my priority purchase each month. Purchasing from this site will save you £13.04 compared to a purchase direct from the manufacturers website!
