Loved this. Followed the instructions and kept to a good diet for six weeks. Great results without a crash.

From the first day it gave me palpitation but on beginning a training session this subsided and gave me an immense boost helping me push harder for example I would usually perform a number of sets of push ups of around 55-60 reps each set... When I began using Thermobol in conjunction with a healthy diet this raised to 80 reps my bench PB also improved from 96kg to 114kg. The other draw back is on cardio occasionally I have suffered breathlessness. Asides the drawbacks I would recommend Thermobol as a training aid and fat stripper but on a short term basis e.g.one month on one off so long as your training regime remains constant... you will see results.

really disapointed with this one.
1) u have to take additional Magnesium + B6 as thermobol removes them from ur body totally and u suddenly feel pain in ur muscules - side effect wich already makes no sense to use it for me
2) yes, it helps u sweat but havent lose weight, just helps u become fat - OMG why that???
3) 3 pills per day - way too much as u become nervous etc

used this product for 12 weeks alongside a fairly good nutrition plan and managed to lose 16lb in total. I did exercise too, but felt that thermobol gave me a great boost.

I was once a fatty boom boom weighing in at an incredible 17 stone!, I have just finished one months course and with managing to drag my fat ass to the gym 3 times a week and play five-a-side football once a week along with a healthy lifestyle (I haven't had a beer for a month!) I've dropped down to 15st7lbs! Incredible product!
