I've tried a lot of the supplements around and have to admit that these are the best there is - both for results and taste. And the box of 60 sachets is great value for money.

Now i'm a guy who takes his eating and training seriously, and wen my brother brougth me these, it put me in da best shape of my life, and that was from just these shakes let alone, i was eating 6 proper meals a day, including these shakes and training 5 hours a day, and i went from 13 stone to 14 and a half stone of lean muscle, and thats just from the first month of use, and bareing in mind im only 5 foot 8! So it gave me maximum results, total lean ripped muscle. 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a good meal from Met Rx. Good value for a box of 60 sachets. mixes well in a shaker in water.

I must admit that I got very bored of the taste after getting half way through the box. I think i'll just buy 20 servings next time! Good price though and does the job.
