i wish people would stop putting taste before results.. awesome product. if you cant't accept a thick shake then don't bother. you obviously can't ignore the taste and let the results compensate..

i used met-rx extreme size up a few years ago and thought it was very effective.
started back in the gym a few months ago, bought a maxi muscle shake, did nothing for me, waste of money, bought another tub of met-rx and been using it for a while now, already seening the differences all round and cant fault the supplement. people who say its to thick, its not if you mix it with water, even if it is, its a downside for a major upside in size etc.

Quality product, helped put on quite a bit of solid muscle,
prefer the strawberry with milk for better taste, with water is fine too, just not quite as tasty.
Very easy to mix too, great all round product.

I'm stuck with twi tubs of this stub as I bought it on offer... Just had my first serving, god its thick! and tastes disgusting, guaranteed to throw-up, if taken again..

started this 2 weeks ago ,and yes it does work,weight is building necely,and mass has started already,2 scoops before and after training is great for me,bloated a bit but hey results compensate for that 100% reco

i've gained half a stone, been sticking to 2 shakes a day (2 scoops each shake), i've been on this for just under 3 weeks now.

I've been using this for a couple of months now and since training hard & eating more I have put on a stone within a few months. Ignore the instructions saying mixing 4 scoops I've only ever mixed two and drink one for breakfast & one late at night.

This product is really thick. You simply can't drink it, however you can eat it. Will try somethine else.

Size-Up is a really good weight gainer. I find it hard to add muscle but 2 of these a day has really helped. Tastes good and good price at the moment too.
