i wish people would stop putting taste before results.. awesome product. if you cant't accept a thick shake then don't bother. you obviously can't ignore the taste and let the results compensate..

i used met-rx extreme size up a few years ago and thought it was very effective.
started back in the gym a few months ago, bought a maxi muscle shake, did nothing for me, waste of money, bought another tub of met-rx and been using it for a while now, already seening the differences all round and cant fault the supplement. people who say its to thick, its not if you mix it with water, even if it is, its a downside for a major upside in size etc.

Quality product, helped put on quite a bit of solid muscle,
prefer the strawberry with milk for better taste, with water is fine too, just not quite as tasty.
Very easy to mix too, great all round product.
