started this 2 weeks ago ,and yes it does work,weight is building necely,and mass has started already,2 scoops before and after training is great for me,bloated a bit but hey results compensate for that 100% reco

i've gained half a stone, been sticking to 2 shakes a day (2 scoops each shake), i've been on this for just under 3 weeks now.
