Nothing special, but does the job and it's relatively cheap. Taste is okay and mixes fine.

This does not work, it costs too much and I have only been using it for a month and the tub is nearly finished. The flavour is disgusting and I have not increased in size nor weight.

This a top QUALITY PRODYCT!!. I have been taking this product for just around a month and a half now and already i have put 1 STONE in hard muscle weight. This product is also really good value for money as ive been using it for a month and thee is still the half of the tub to still have.
The taste may not be fantastic but it DOES help u pack on good quality muscle and size gain.
PERFECT FOR HARDGAINERS!!!!
