This product helps you achieve your goals in a short period of time. My strength has increased loads over the last two months. I mix 200ml of water with two scoops. Once a day directly after training.

My fat % has decreased but a balanced diet is my issue....

really it increases muscle mass in a very short period,, incresed 3 kg of muscle in just 20 daysss . not only me but a friend of mine tried it the result was the same ,,, and on lookin to loose beaware of it , never go for it . only for gainers.....

Great taste (strawberry)- never used anything like this before. I've used it for one week now. I swim 1 mile hard very day with a couple of weights classes per week to boost my strength. 3 scoops per day used before and after training. (Couldn't find any direction on use.)Haven't seen any noticeable difference in strength or performance. Can any one advise me what I should expect to achieve using this product - apart from enjoying the flavour.

Bought the chocolate flavor it is really good. I am on a high protein diet and when I get hungry this really fills me up until meal time.

So far so good have been using it for a short while but i am happy with the results so far. just a tip go for the strawberry flavour it contains more protien than the choc flavour and slightly less fat.

Amazing product, used all the bests protein on the market and this is not only the best tasting, but is great quality. Yes other brands may have a higher protein content but the amino acid profile on the whey is second to none. Recommended to all people for all goals.

I bought the chocolate flavour, it's the first tub that i've bought and it's really easy to mix, tastes great too, reminds me of nesquik, i recommend this!

Bought the Bana flavour - it make me want to have my taste-buds surgicaly removed - by far the most distasteful Whey I have ever had. I am considering throwing it away.

I think others must have had better luck with the other flavours - avoid Banana though, you'd regret it!

I think it's pretty good. I've used this for some time now and has been good in helping me maintain the correct weight for kickboxing competitions.

As you can imagine that's pretty intense so recovery is important as we train 6 days a week for 2-3 hours a day intensively.

I've noticed much more definition when using this and I've recommended this to others who within an month you can see the difference in their shape. I also seem to have more energy to train when I use it.

Currently I'm 10% body fat and 68% muscle (According to callipers and electrical impedance scales.

just bought it 2day love the strawberry flavour although every1 seems 2 disagree but mixes easy with no chalky after taste tried a lot ov protein drinks so ill rite bak in about 4 weeks to see how it has performed.

This is a good product. I have been training for five years and have only used this and MM cyclone. With this the results were better because of the lean muscle mass I acquired where as the cyclone there was a degree of body fat.

The strawberry is pretty rank and had to mix with nesquick.
The chocolate is pretty damn good.

I have yet to try other flavours as the choc is so tasty.

The strawberry flavour is the worst protein that I have ever had the pleasure of tasting, it is particularly nasty..had to mix it with my young son's strawberry milkshake powder to make it palatable...beware!!

Top whey protein from Met Rx. Mixes well, tastes good, and is pretty cheap for a branded protein. I have 3 shakes a day and prefer the banana flavour.

i have tryed other things but only been taking met-rx 2 times a day 4 1 week and going 2 the gym 5 times a week and alredy feel more solid realy pleased with the product AAA

Good product mixes well with shaker bottle make sure the water is ice cold before you mix as it tastes 10x better than with normal tap water.

just bought the stuff today and am looking to rid myself of the bulk which ive put on as so far this was what i was training for. Looking to get cut as opposed to bulk now.

Met Rx Supreme whey is my favourite protein. The chocolate flavour is the best IMO.

The banana flavour is nice but I haven't tried the other flavours. Supreme whey is a good protein and is very convenient. I use before and after a workout and i'm happy with it. mixes well in a shaker, no need for a blender.

This is my staple protein and have been using it for years. Tastes okay and mixes quite easily in water. I keep buying it because Met-rx is a top brand and I don't think any other company can match their reputation.

You can pick this up from Holland and Barrett if you fancy hauling it back from the high-street but it'll cost you an arm and a leg. Definitely recommend you order it over the web.
