I took this for a while, and as with all supplements it's hard to tell what works and what doesn't because you don't know what you would have done without it, but if you look on wikipedia there is zero scientific basis for this supplement, and in various studies it has been shown to not work.

Rating:

I've been using it to boost sex drive and it has worked well. I'm 37 so it may not be as useful for the younger guys and I can't comment on any performance gains, but for boosting the sex drive it does the job!
