altered state is definately the best nitric oxide supplement out there today. The muscle growth you get from this product is phenomenal. Also usually after a workout your muscles are pumped to the max but by the next day their aching and back to theyre normal size, so basically all the pain and no gain. But with altered state nitric oxide the effects during and after the workout are amazing. I would recommend this product to anyone. I have been taking this product for about a year and to be honest i only take one tablet right before a workout and then on about half way through and i found that no matter how much i took i still got the same results. Just proves that this is a great way to add huge mass to your body and still have a few pounds left over to buy another product from altered state.

It works. gives immediate results. veins pop out like chains and pumps are phenomenal. It opens the tubes that transport nutrients to your cells wider immediately so you can fuel your worked and depleted muscles with more good stuff quicker and longer. blaaah... Oh and it has caffeine to give you that extra nudge from the fist rep to your last.

and than, go stand infront of the mirror...
