I down two of these on an empty stomach before hitting the exercise bike.

Basically before this stuff I used to do say 45 minutes on a bike at decently high resistance at say 75rpm.

After using it I am easily hitting an hour at the same resistance (I could carry on but stop myself) and consistently keep the rpm at 85+.

One time I had a headache and so took two Nurofen Express at the same time (probably not recommended) and felt like a member of the X Men, insane workout with no pain :)

I am using ARSON along side Maximuscle Promax. I am instantly feeling great energy boosts and only after a week can see and feel the difference. Strongly recommend this product. Only side effects are a warm feeling within 5 minutes of taking (similar to drinking a strong alcoholic drink) This goes away though. And occasionally waking up and feeling hungry @ night. I am training 3 nights building and 1-2 nights cardio a week. I am also eating a well balanced diet. Brans, oats, seeds and nuts. White meat only and my 5-a-day. Only eating wholemeal breads and pasta aswell. I only use Promax after training. Arson is definitely good value and the best bit is its a legal supplement.

yes this product ist very good but when should i choose the second time? before meal or when?

I've only used one product like this before by a very popular brand, due to slow progress i decided to look for an alternative and discovered Arson. I personally was amazed to notice a difference after only a couple days use, i'm now on day 8 of usage and Arson still produces the goods, it is truly an amazing product.

I used Arson once before and was really happy with my results so I'm sticking with it until I get to my target weight. Just don't take it too close to bedtime or you'll be up all night.

I've used fat burners in the past to shift fat before competitions but Arson is definately the most potent one I've tried. Well impressed. Might not be suitable if you've never used a fat burner before though!
