Have to disagree with the other reviewer. Felt this product was very effective during my workouts. Yes, it gives you a a buzz but surely that's what it's all about?

OK firstly let me say that this product did improve my workouts - I felt strong and got a good pump in the gym. BUT... I couldn't finish the whole bottle of this stuff. Each dose contains 300mg of caffeine - that's about 3 and a half cans of Red Bull - so it was hard to tell how much effect it was having aside from the caffeine buzz. I go to the gym in the evening after work and this just ruined my sleep. I'd like to try a caffeine free version, but till then only one star Muscletech...
