Total cack. Yet another reminder of how good Muscletech's marketing department is! All hype and well designed packaging but no real effect. I have been training for years and made it to competitive level, using many supplements in my time. I have to say that even at greater than the maximum stated dose, this did nothing for me. You would have thought that by now I would have learned that Muscletech are a complete waste of money but I STILL get suckered in every now and then!! On the plus side - if you just happen to like the feeling of swallowing lots of tablets and have money to burn; then these are for you!!
