I have been taking this product for the recommended time, and have seen big gains in strength and size, when i used it with an intense weight training programme. However i did have some side effects, spots and sleep patterns interrupted, but i think the gains well exceed the side effects, and would recommend to anyone!!

I Felt a slight increase in strength but thats the only positive experience i had with this product. There is alot of negatives - gave me a rash on my arms, headaches, spots nd an inability to sleep properly! Don't waste your money! I will stick to whey protein an creatine thanks
