Very disappointing after the build up in the ad. The only thing I lost was money.

I could feel my self getting warmer and sweating more when exercising but didn't lose any fat despite a change in diet too. In short; too much hype and not enough substance. I suppose its back to Slimfast they work better than Lipo 6 Black.

never taken supplements before so didn't know what to expect. the first dose i took was a very very very extreme caffeine rush which made me pretty nervous! but the next time i took them i was absoluely fine. I was 16 st and after the first 2 weeks i am down to 14st 8 and i literally have not done more than 30mins of weights per day, and my diet has been normal and have had a few takeouts too! I throughly reccommend lipo 6 black, everyone i know has noticed a visible diffence in me and if u can put up with the mild side effects (increased aggression and MASSIVE sex drive) then they are well worth the money.

quick update from previous review. effects are still amazing, feel it workin for a few hrs, def feel the warmth, espec down the gym.

main thing is in 5 days i have lost 4lbs!! im shocked by this as over the weekend wasnt exactly stickin to my diet and still came out the other side of it lighter. changed rating from 4 to 5*

would def recommend to friends, infact already have :D

only been on these for 3 days now and by no means am i an expert on these things at all but i can def say i recommend these. the caffee boost is enough to get me thru a day (helped me cut out coke, i know this isnt the aim but its a big step for me) easy to swallow, and DEFINTLY!!! feel the effects of the hungar suppressant i can get right thru till lunch if not later with out even thinkin about food, where as before id be feelin pains by 9am if not earlier than that.

yet to see any weight loss but as i said only bin on for 3rd day but so pleased with what i can tell so far have ordered my 2nd tub espec at this price
