As CherryLips says above, it is not for the faint hearted, these work but do give you stomach cramps, but if you can get through that you will be fine.

I have a body fat percentage of 11% and using these to help get it down to around the 6% mark, but you will have to do alot of hard work with them, they are not a magic pill which will burn the fat off without any effort on your part. Eat healthy, and do your cardio/weights 3 times a week and you will see the massive different.

After a course of these (month) you will be already on the way of what you wanted if you do eat correctly and put the effort in you wont be disappointed, but it is up to you to work hard. Make sure you get your protien into your body, and do not take before sleeping as they will keep you awake for a bit!!

I been taking this product for a month now and seem to be steadily losing weight. My exercise regime is sometimes stilted due to work restraints but even when I don't train I either lose a pound or 2 or remain stable. A worthwhile buy.

Lipo 6 worked very well for me. I have been steadily losing fat since i began using this with my training 7 weeks ago. There are no side effects with Lipo 6 and I would recommend it to someone looking to shed some body fat.

PROS:
This product is very effective. I was sceptical at first, but I gave it a go.
I am already quite slim, but I am aiming to lose my last bit of fat to gain muscle, I take this along with ON Whey. And the results have been brilliant. In a week I have lost almost 4kg. However, I do a lot of cardio too. I doubt this product works without the hard work.

CONS:
The results have been good. BUT... if you don't like pain, don't take them. I have suffered stomach pains, and heartburn type feelings but it hasn't bothered me too much. Not for the faint-hearted.

OVERALL:
Worth the pain.
