The protein requirements of athletes is approximately 1.21.8g/kg body weight, compared with 0.80.9g/kg body weight for less active individuals.

For heavy athletes this extra requirement is especially important. Muscle mass is increased by the rate of anabolism growth, and destroyed by the rate of catabolism breakdown during exercise.

Whey protein is absorbed quickly, having a very high biological value and a muscle building effect that lasts a couple of hours. Micellar Casein is absorbed much more slowly, giving a sustained anticatabolic action.

It has therefore been recommended to take Whey Protein Isolate in the morning, and Micellar Casein but not any denatured casein last thing at night. So Nutrisport 90+ provides the best of both for muscle growth at any time of the day or night.

DIRECTIONS:
Add 2 heaped scoops 50g to 1 pint of water. For best results use a blender, shaker or shake in a screw topped jar, otherwise mix with a fork. Use as an additional protein source between meals, before sleeping and on waking. May also be used as a meal replacement to replace not more than 1 meal per day.

all of you going on taste have a day off its not ment to be a milkshake and mix it with water or skimmed milk if your having trouble mixing it, ive used this on n off for years and ive never had a problem with it

I've used these whey protein powders: usn, phd, sci-mx, smart tec, vpx... Those powders all had similar textures and tastes, but this one's definitely chalky and not as tastey. However, I only bought this for price point and the ingredients. It does what it says on the tub haha I'll carry on with my 5kg. Vanilla isn't the nicest flavour, but it's drinkable and good for the protein contect etc
