i've used this product three times now over a couple of years, this time ive been on it constantly for 6 weeks and believe it or not i have put on 11 - 13 lbs, there is somethin' about this stuff that works and works brilliantly. I was 9 and a half stone before this stuff and now im 10 and a half stone pure muscle and i seem to gain more every week even if its just a few pounds. you'll notice in the first week with this stuff, gains in strength and in weight, i can guarantee it from my personal experience from it. also in the gym you'll notice your pumps are more dramatuic and also your veins very apparent, all of this is based on my own experience on this stuff and also a couple of my friends have experienced similar reactions. Who needs steroids when you have this stuff, try it and im sure you'll agree. gives you lots of energy and good recovery too and within a short time of drinking it your definately more alert. only bad things i can be honest about are, for a few weeks and still sometimes now it makes me dizzy and shakey and also i have experienced strainful headaches, especially just after taking it, but the positives way outshine the negatives and if taken correctly whilst training regular then you'll rarely notice the side affects at all :) bottom line: sick of being slim and want something to fill you out a bit then try this!!
