Great Product...Been using it for 2 month. Great improvement in energy levels and recovery and muscle fullness. Does not settle in your stomach and no bloating. Mixes well with my oats and other ingredients in the morning. GREAT...only way to discribe it.

Been on this protein now for about 5 months, the other reviews are right in saying that it tastes nice but that’s really all it has going for it. I went from consuming 2 servings a day for 3 month to 4 a day for a further month and a half and didn’t see an ounce of benefit. I really stuck it out because it is the most manageable and consumable protein I have ever tasted but it simply does nothing! I feel as though I gave it a fair trial but it didn’t do anything for me at all. In addition to this, I actually notice some good gains when I came off it and took just the creatine I had been taking along side it all that time. It’s a shame to say but this is a disappointing product.

I concur with Poker Tom.
This protein is very, very easy to mix with water and the double choc tastes fantastic - particulary when it's mixed with water.
Definately worth buying - if your fed up trying to find one which tastes great then give the choc a whirl!

Excellent whey, good combination of protein and BCAA's.
Portion is mixed with a very small amount of water compared to other protein shakes. A quick enjoying shot after a hard session, instead of a big full heavy shake.
Full Marks.

I've tasted many types of brands and I have to say that ON is the best, taste and results. Before going on On I had Muscletech's Nitro tech and it did give me good results but tasted like ****. To answer a question someone had: It is better to mix protein with water because with water the protein goes into your system right away. Some say that mixing with milk tasted better , which is sometiems true, but milk takes time to digest and you need protein right away after your workout. Mixing with other liquids could be bad because some acids can harm the protein.
I first bought ON 16 flavors pack to try them all out. For me the top 3 flavors are 1- Tropical punch ( this stuff tastes like juice!! and goes down VERY EASY. 2- Delicious Straberry ( Very light, tastes great and easy to drink. 3- Cookies and cream ( Taste pretty good and easy to drink as well. The other flavors all taste very weird and I had a hard time forcing myself to drink them.
For Best results, I would recommend taking one scoop when waking up, and 2 scoops after workout. I personally would also recommend anyone that wants to add mass to also purchase creatine ( My favorite one is Cell-Tech )

I usually get a lot of stomach problems from protein but the Optimum whey is the first one i have used without any problems. I use 2 double serving twice a day and would recommend it to anyone. It mixes extremely well and the chocolate tastes superb.
