I've always highly rated PHD products (pharma whey / battery)for quality and amazing taste so I decided to try Synergy following some very good reviews. Have previously used Cyclone (good product / reasonable taste but very expensive) & Reflex one stop (had tpo throw away after fifth serving as taste chocolate foul and really upset my stomach). Was nervous about using another all in one product due to prior negative experience however....... WOW. Synergy is simply brilliant, I have been using solidly for one month now on the same training schedule as before to access the effects properly.
Firstly taste is fantastic, I use soya milk pre tarining and water post training and both taste great it is like a high quality milk shake mixes easily in shaker and very enjoyable. More importantly though following my same training regime I have added 2kg to my weight which has to be muscle as I look notably more defined. Whilst this does not sound very impressive it is true and shows the product really works, I am going to continue to use it on two months on one month off cycle with PHD pharma whey being during my one month off cycle.
