Directions for use

i have been going to the gym regularly now for a few years and have come to a point where i struggle to move up the weights, my muscles have progressed over the years but very slowly and i felt i needed an aid to help give me the workout i needed. I saw this product available and thought id give it a go and to be honest i noticed the difference straight away. i was lifting heavier weights and doing more reps than i have ever done before. Ive only just started using it so i couldnt say what its like over a period of time but so far so good.
