For me this product is a must if your weight training to build size. The differance between using this and not is noticable.

I can lift about 5-7% heaver weight when using it to not and my recovery between sets can be a lot shorter. I understand it works by opening out the blood vessels and I feel it trains more of the muscle I'm working on. I have used this for about a year solid now and along with the USN IGF1 protein shake I am bigger and more importantly stronger. I am now lifting weights 20-35% heavier than a year ago.

I have tried it when doing a spin class and I would not recommend for this better off with Lucozade or such.

Taste is great, this is the best site to get it from for cost and service.

Only 1 word of warning.... do not take to late at night or you will be up all night! I train at 5pm wouldn't take it much past 6 for me but seems to differ for different people.
