Just to update my review above which I did about 2 years ago....
I've just bought some of the Strawberry flavour and they have changed the flavourings. It's now called Wild Strawberry and it's a bit sweet and synthetic tasting. There are no real Strawberry bits in it anymore. Still mixes perfectly in a shaker with no lumps.
I'm happy to continue using this but I much preferred the original when it was in the white tubs.

Prolab pure Whey tastes good and mixes well in water. A good value protein powder.

I've been using this for years. It is an extremely fine powder which mixes easily with just a shaker. I mix it with water for convenience but if I mix it 1/2 water, 1/2 milk it makes a yummy milkshake, and I mean yummy. Especially the Strawberry one which is flavoured with actual dried strawberry pieces.

Oh and it does aid with muscle building and recovery as well... I notice the difference when I don't use it.

My strength went up almost as soon as I started using pure whey. I've used a few protein powders before but they didn't have the same effectiveness as this one.

Mixes well in water with just a shaker cup so you don't need to bother with the blender. Taste is not bad, i stick to vanilla mostly.
