Directions

I have hade over 20 years in the gym and have used many whey powders over the years but can say without a doubt that this is the best. Highest quality for half the price of other brands and the chocolate flavour is great. I have used optimum gold for years but can honestly say that this stuff is better and will stick with it from now on. Oh and it mixes easily too.

Very good value for money when you consider what it is you're getting! This isn't a regular whey protein - this stuff is the most refined (and fastest acting) version you can buy. I've noticed a big difference between this protein and the regular Nutrisport version. And it comes with a free creatine! Bonus.
