strawberry tastes good, mint choc ok but not as tasty imo. doesn't bloat, seems to ease the aches when consumed post workout as advised.

Sci MX is the first shake iv done and ill be sticking with it, great taste even with water, and in terms of results, i can really see the noticable difference it makes to muscle size and definition, it does what it says on the tin.

I use this as a meal replacement or after a good workout..it's by far the best tasting shake around. It doesn't leave a nasty taste and it doesn't make you feel bloated either.
