Don't understand how somebody could think this product is rubbish!!:S
I think this product is great,i gained lots of muscle mass with it,the chocolate one also tastes amazing,i only used 2 scoops in a big shaker bottle because i think 4 seems to be a bit excessive!!
It also mixes very well!!

Rating:

1. Servings are HUGE! I have a 600ml blender and this fills it right up
2. If you're worried about mixability get a blender bottle (one with the spring like whisk inside)
3. Tastes exactly like u imagine a chocolate shake would.
4. It contains an 80:20 mix of Casein vs Whey, if you have had problems with lactose (like me) then I suggest taking a test dose on a day when you can stay in. Start with the four scoops, if your stomach reacts then work down until you find a level that works for you, if you never do, look for a gainer shake where the protein source is whey ISOLATE which shouldnt cause any reaction at all.

If you're having trouble growing go for it.
