Been through a lot of whey prteins due to my high intensity regime, and this stuff is the business great tatse with water or milk,really noticing the changes.Been having directly after train.....best whey product in ages

Arrived today, instantly noticed the great smell of this whey protein. Smells far too good to have so little carbs in! It tastes great. I've already had 3 shakes and I've tested it with water, milk and a mix of water and milk.

It seems to work best with the latter as it mixes better. I really have to say though it tastes good even with water which is something you can't say about most proteins.

It's incredibly filling, I would suggest spacing these out over the day by more than 4 hours lol... If you find yourself hungry at night it could also be useful.

Great supplement, I'll report back on the effectiveness.

Tastes amazing mixes well. Starting to notice changes! Also good for using as a food replacement or for having when you first wake up.
