Like the other reviewer - I love this stuff too.
Reflex is a quality organistation and all of their products are top notch. I use Instant Whey with their Creapure and have had noticable increases in strength. My recovery has improved too. Would recommend this above any other protein out there at the moment. Rating:

I love this stuff, been buying it for years and have consistently been able to add size. Some people complain that it's not thick enough - don't add so much water! Or just blend it with milk... sorted.
