Really tastes good, mixes well, excellent value, and a very high protein % per gram - I believe 1-2% higher than Optimum Nutritions 100% Whey. However, sometimes when mixing this powder in a protein shaker lumps of powder get stuck at the bottom, which never happens with Optimum Nutrition's protein, and mixing the powder with a fork in a glass can be troublesome (again Optimum Nutrition does mix perfectly anywhere). All in all an excellent product that should be noted for its % protein per gram, flavour, value, low carbs, and vitamin and mineral index (some protein powders lack this).

Reflex is a quality organistation and all of their products are top notch. I use Instant Whey with their Creapure and have had noticable increases in strength. My recovery has improved too.

Would recommend this above any other protein out there at the moment.

I love this stuff, been buying it for years and have consistently been able to add size. Some people complain that it's not thick enough - don't add so much water! Or just blend it with milk... sorted.
