Great tasting protein. Mixes really well and is good value. Have used many proteins but probably rate this as the best one of the lot.

Like the other reviewer - I love this stuff too.
Reflex is a quality organistation and all of their products are top notch. I use Instant Whey with their Creapure and have had noticable increases in strength. My recovery has improved too. Would recommend this above any other protein out there at the moment.
