Recommended use:

This is the best All in One I have tried and I have tried them all. I am 200lb and I take 100g mid morning and 100g within 10 minutes of my workout. I have seen some good results on this and it's my second tin.

My body really rejected this stuff literally every time i took it it gave me a serious case of the runs!! i would strongly recommend watching yourself on this stuff as it is extremely potent gear!
